Certification for Electronic Health Record Systems (S-RES, in the Portuguese acronym) is an audit process in computerized systems that store identified health information. The certificate is issued by the Brazilian Society of Informatics in Health (SBIS, in Portuguese) and aims to:
- Increase the security of information stored in Eletronic Health Record systems;
- Create the regulations for legal support for paper abolition;
- Improve the quality of health information systems in Brazil
In August 2017, the WinHosp.Net system 3.8, developed by Input Center, received the 2016 Edition SBIS-CFM Certification in the Assistencial and NGS2 categories.
